You may request a refund within14 days of purchase, if the product/service does not meet your expectations or is defective.
How to Request a Refund

Please note that we do not offer free returns Customers are responsible for all customs fees associated with their return shipments. We strongly advise that you ensure all fees are paid prior to sending your items back to avoid any complications.
Any customised sizing orders as they are made to your size, we can only offer an exchange or store voucher which lasts a year.
Refund Process:
Once your request is received, we will process it within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Dispute Handling

We aim to respond to all disputes within 2 business days

Cancelling A Customised Order
You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us by email to: returns@cominocouturelondon.com
We will process the cancellation refund within 7-10 business days
