Once your order is ready for shipping, you'll receive an email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. For international you'll receive a UPS / DPD tracking

Royal Mail 2nd Class is 2-3 business days
Royal Mail 1st Class is 1-2 business days
International orders, delivery takes 3-10 business days. 

It is your responsibility to provide us with full and correct delivery address details. We cannot be held liable for non delivered orders if incorrect address details were provided upon order.

All packages returned to us as undelivered will be refunded, excluding the delivery cost.
